Irma Arcement was found in her residence on October 5, 2005 following Hurricane Katrina. She was a Daughter of Charity for 25 years and a retired Jefferson Parish School Teacher. She is survived by her sister, Lucille A. Savoy; 9 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Agatha Waguespack Arcement; and a sister, Inez Kistner. Age 76 years and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Mothe Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
