ALEXANDER Margaret L., 95, of New Orleans, LA, died Wed, May 3, 2006 at St. Joseph East Hospital, Lexington. Born in Clinton, LA and was daughter of the late Susie and Hampton Lunnon. She was evacuated to Lexington as a result of Hurricane Katrina and resided at Pimlico Manor until her death. She was a life long member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, New Orleans. She was preceded in death by Henry Alexander and her sisters, Josie Washington, Thelma Lunnon, Jeanette Fowler, and Sarah Lunnon. Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Emily L. Moran, New Orleans, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and her beloved cousins of Scottlanville, LA. A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Fri, May 5, 2006 at Smith & Smith Funeral Home.
