Alexander, Dale Cleveland A resident and native of New Orleans, he died Monday, Aug. 29, 2005, during Hurricane Katrina. He was 55, born Sept. 5, 1949. Memorial service at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 8833 Goodwood Blvd., on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m. He is survived by his daughter, Africa Alexander; son, Dale Alexander; two sisters, Salienier Alexander Cope and Patricia Ruth Alexander; five brothers, Lawrence J., Don A., Dean L., Melvin J. and Harold M. Alexander; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Hall Davis & Son Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
